一.准备清模工具:喷枪,气枪,手电鉆,去渍油,砂纸,碎布,油石,煤油,圆铜刷,棉花.

Prepare mold cleaning tools: spray gun, Air gun, electric hand drill, Cleaning fluid ,

clean Cloth ,Oil stone, Kerosene, Round copper brush, Cotton.

二.用油石将公母模入子的油污清除.(400#油石)

Use oil-stone to polish dirt on the inserts, which is fixed in mold cavity or core.

叁. 用油石清除排气槽内塑料.(400#油石)

Use oil stone to polish plastic off, which trapped in air-vents.

四.用喷枪吸去渍油清洗模仁入子,用棉花擦乾净.

Use spray gun to clean solvent liquid , wash mold inserts , wipe it off with cotton

五.拆出水塞将鉆头装在手电鉆上,清除公母模仁水孔内污垢.

take out the water plug of mold , Use electric drill to clean the

cooling channel in mold core/cavity.

六.用圆铜刷清洗公模仁内顶针孔,斜梢孔,用去渍油清洗再用棉花擦拭乾净.

Use round copper brush to clean ejector hole, lifter hole in the core of mold .

Use solvent liquid to clean them, then, wipe them with cotton.

七.用砂纸拋光顶针,去除顶针毛刺.

Use sandpaper to polish ejector pin , remove the burr on ejector pin .

八.用油石清除模板和顶针板上的铁锈.

Use oilstone to polish off dust and dirt on mold plate and ejector plate.

九.用小电鉆清洗模板上水孔内污垢.

Use small electric drill to clean the cooling channel of mold plate.

十.将模仁上的浇道及浇口倒角.

Chamfer runner and gate of mold.

十一.将闭合器孔倒角拋光.(叁板模)

Chamfer hole of high loading PA lock, then polish it .

十二.将圆顶针磨排气.(顶针弯掉,需更换)

Grind air-vents on round ejector pin(Change new ejector pins if it is bend).

十叁.将回位梢倒角并拋光.(夹在车床上,用150#砂纸研磨严禁戴手套操作).

Chamfer return pin and polish it (Clamp it on lathe machine to polish with #150 sandpaper),

十四.将下固定板上四支定位柱拋光(夹在车床上,用150#砂纸研磨)

Polish 4 locating pin of the clamping plate (Clamp it on lathe machine and polish with #150 sandpaper).

十五.在导套与模板之间开排气.

Grind air-vents between mold plate and guide bushing.

十六.将母模板四支拉杆磨板手定位槽.

Grind the four puller of cavity plate to be flat for location (3plate mold).

十七.检查弹簧弹力是否足够.(滑块内弹簧及固位梢之弹簧).

Check whether the elasticity of the spring is sufficient

十八.检查O形环有无破损.

Check whether the “O” ring is damaged.

十九.检查母模板四支拉杆长度是否一样,母模板上拉杆孔深度是否一样.

Check whether the four puller of cavity plate is equal in length and whether the

puller hole is equal in depth.

二十.拋光灌嘴.(检查灌嘴是否太小,入浇口是否太小.

Polish nozzle (check whether nozzle is too small, whether the nozzle gate is too small).
